Efecte ale confruntării cu situații de tip VUCA

Cercetarea de față urmărește modul în care frecvența experimentării efectelor perturbatoare ale manifestărilor VUCA, în urma inerentelor confruntări cu aceasta, influențează nivelul de dezvoltare al unor parametri ai bunăstării psihologice. Este vorba despre starea de mindfulness, nivelul de autoeficacitate percepută, dimensiunea motivațională și cognitivă a speranței, frecvența și forța inspirației și nivelul stresului. În același context a fost luată în discuție și preferința pentru anumite stiluri decizionale. Au fost analizate răspunsurile a 394 de subiecți cărora li s-au aplicat Chestionarul VUCA-R (Cracsner, Gherghinescu, 2019), Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (Brown, Ryan, 2003), Generalized Self-Efficacy Scale (Schwarzer, Jerusalem, 1995), The adult Hope Scale (Snyder, 1991), Inspiration Scale (Thrash, Elliot, 2003), Perceived Stress Scale (Cohen et al., 1983) și Chestionarul de identificare a stilului decizional (Oprică, 2011). Datele cercetării au arătat că subiecții care se confruntă atât cu o frecvență ridicată a efectelor perturbatoare VUCA, cât și cu un nivel ridicat de stres prezintă un nivel semnificativ mai scăzut al stării de mindfulness, credințe semnificativ mai slabe în eficiența personală, forță scăzută și frecvență rară a momentelor de inspirație, speranță semnificativ mai scăzută atât pe dimensiunea motivațională, cât și pe cea cognitivă decât subiecții care se confruntă mai rar cu astfel de efecte. De asemenea, analizele statistice arată că subiecții care experimentează frecvent efectele perturbatoare VUCA iau decizii preponderent dependente și ezitante. Având în vedere consecințele efectelor perturbatoare VUCA asupra calității vieții psihice, reflectate în rezultatele acestei cercetări, se atrage atenția asupra necesității antrenării actorilor sociali în vederea inerentelor întâlniri cu VUCA, pentru dobândirea de competențe necesare unui coping adecvat cu aceasta.
