Studiu preliminar de validare a Chestionarului de reglare a sistemelor emoționale (Regulation of Emotion Systems Survey – RESS) pe populația românească

Rezumat

Acest studiu reprezintă un prim pas în validarea Chestionarului de reglare a sistemelor emoționale (Regulation of Emotion Systems Survey – RESS) (RESS; De France & Hollenstein, 2017) pe populația românească. Chestionarul este un instrument cu autoadministrare, utilizat pentru evaluarea strategiilor de reglare emoțională, pe 6 scale: Distragere, Ruminație, Reevaluare, Implicare, Suprimare și Relaxare. Pentru a investiga proprietățile psihometrice ale chestionarului, au fost examinate fidelitatea, structura factorială, validitatea convergentă și validitatea de criteriu, specifice variantei traduse a instrumentului. Un eșantion de 227 participanți (cu vârste cuprinse între 18 și 71 de ani) a fost investigat într-un studiu transversal. Participanții au completat o fișă cu date sociodemografice, Chestionarului de reglare a sistemelor emoționale (Regulation of Emotion Systems
Survey – RESS), Chestionarul de reglare emoțională (Emotion Regulation Questionnaire – ERQ) și Chestionarul cu privire la starea de sănătate a pacientului-9 (Patient Health Questionnaie-9 – PHQ-9), care evaluează strategiile de reglare emoțională, respectiv severitatea simptomelor depresive. Ca urmare a numărului ridicat de itemi necompletați, 2 participanți au fost eliminați din numărul total, rezultând un număr final de 225 participanți pentru analiză. Rezultatele au indicat o consistență internă bună (coeficientul Cronbach alfa având valori cuprinse între 0.83 și 0.93) și o fidelitate test–retest bună (coeficientul Pearson având valori cuprinse între 0.72 și 0.83), la un interval de 2 săptămâni, pentru toate cele 6 scale. Analizele factoriale exploratorie și confirmatorie au susținut structura cu 6 factori, stabilită de autorii instrumentului. Pentru o bună potrivire a datelor, au fost eliminați 2 itemi din vesiunea originală a instrumentului. Validitatea convergentă și cea de criteriu au fost confirmate de corelațiile scorurilor cu alte instrumente. Rezultatele obținute pentru fidelitatea și validitatea traducerii românești a instrumentului au fost comparabile cu cele ale variantei originale.
