ADAPTAREA CHESTIONARULUI CU PRIVIRE LA STAREA DE SĂNĂTATE A PACIENTULUI-15 (PATIENT HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE-15, PHQ-15) PE POPULAȚIA GENERALĂ DIN ROMÂNIA

Rezumat

Chestionarul cu privire la starea de sănătate a pacientului-15 (Patient Health Questionnaire-15, PHQ-15) (Kroenke et al., 2002) reprezintă unul dintre cele mai utilizate instrumente pentru evaluarea severității simptomelor somatice, precum și pentru depistarea somatizărilor. Obiectivul studiului prezent a constat în dezvoltarea unei versiuni românești a acestui instrument și investigarea proprietăților psihometrice în rândul populației generale. Datele au fost colectate de la 800 adulți din România, cu vârste cuprinse în intervalul 18–71 ani (M=28.67, SD=10.27). Rezultatele au indicat consistență internă bună (Cronbach alpha=0.852, McDonald ω=0.857), stabilitate în timp a rezultatelor, la retestarea după 2 săptămâni (rs=0.76, p<0.001) și validitate predictivă (simptomele somatice explică 47% din varianța depresiei). Analizele factoriale exploratorie și confirmatorie au susținut modelul unifactorial, cu 15 itemi. Rezultatele confirmă că versiunea în limba română pentru PHQ-15 este un instrument util pentru investigarea simptomelor somatice și a somatizării în rândul adulților.
